When I got the hair it was packaged nice and it smelt very good it was pre-plucked for baby hairs although my stylist made her own! The ONLY thing negative I have to say about this product is that it sheds a bit when you brush it but that’s about it! I would definitely recommend this to anyone it’s good quality for the price I’ll definitely be ordering again!
