We originally started buying these cats when our cat was ill and had a poor appetite and we wanted to increase her food and fluid intake. We then bought them for our older cat who was ill and we wanted to do the same. We now use them on our other older cat to get more calories and hydration. We put it on her soft food and she really likes the juice and it makes her eat more soft food. Our other cats find it a great treat. They're generally quite expensive for broth and a small amount of food, but if you're trying to get your cat to eat or give her a special treat, they work great. They like cream best.
