Review on SmartGuard Elite Dental Guard Twin Pack + Hygiene Case by Ruth Coleman

I bought this for TMJ and nighttime clenching problems my husband and I had. I have a cap on my front tooth so I was nervous the whole time trying to glue it to my teeth; If you have heat/cold sensitivity, this is quite uncomfortable. We both tried to use them but couldn't. My husband had a small cut above his front teeth due to the chafing of the mouthguard at night and in the mornings my teeth were uncomfortable and I was afraid they would shift a bit over time. I tried not to spend money on a special mouthguard. from the dentist but should have done that first rather than trying to find a way around it.
