Our 20lb french bulldogs love these! I prefer giving them elk antlers because I know they are safe vs rawhide or other chewables that we have chocking risks. We have not had any issues with pieces breaking off - however, the bulldogs have an underbite and are not aggressive chewers (not sure if this would be an issue for more aggressive chewers). The antler itself has a lot of texture which is great for their teeth. It’s extremely hard & durable. They like to lick the center and chew on the ends; that must be where there is the most flavor.
