Blew Honestly

I think I should start by saying I've never owned a pair of Timberlands. The only experience I have with this brand is that I owned a wallet from them years ago and I knew a guy who also had a pair of their boots years ago. I mostly wore Vans growing up, and for the past few years I've been wearing sneakers every day because they're so much more comfortable and Vans would tear my legs and lower back to shreds. I work 2 jobs and had 2 pairs of shoes that were gifted to me so I wanted to try a pair of shoes that can be used for both jobs that are comfortable yet have a simple, elegant style for everyday wear. Cue those Timbs. They looked like a pair of mid-top vans I've worn recently, except the styling here is much more streamlined and simple. Cool if you will. I'm obviously picky about comfort so didn't know what to expect. I put these shoes on right before my night security shift and by the time I got to the venue from the garage they were already broken in. Within 20 minutes they were under the impression that this is the shoe for whatever you wear all day, every day, no problem. The rubber soles on them provide excellent traction when I'm under a car's dash or walking over a patch in the court. They're only slightly higher than the boot, so you usually have to loosen the top laces a bit to put them on, but once you're in, you're in. Fits great, style is great, build quality seems higher than most shoes in the price range I've bought before. Without a doubt, in my eyes, Timberland shoes have become a force to be reckoned with, with a casual shoe that can effortlessly go from leisure to work and back and forth. I will be seriously keeping an eye on them to buy a second pair when they go on sale.
