Works great. Fully charged in two hours according to the instructions before first use. Worked great the first time, I used it for about 30 minutes. The manual says it should take at least two hours on the third level. The next day I wanted to use it and it was dead. I charged it and even though the light came on it stopped working. Revane was great and gave me my money back for my issues. But unfortunately there is a problem with this product as written by other people.
