I previously ordered Esslux's "Essential Oils Set, ESSLUX Woody Collection," an excellent set of six individual scents. I use them on those wooly, reusable dryer balls, instead of using disposable dryer sheets. I enjoyed mixing and matching the scents to find new blends that smelled great straight out of the dryer. Those did the trick.When I went to reorder, I saw that they also offered this set of "Forest" blends. I am usually hesitant about blends made not by me, but given my extreme satisfaction with their previous set, I took a chance on these.There are four scents, and they all smell fantastic. Back garden is a bit sweeter and brighter than I would normally choose, but my fiancée liked it best, and it’s a good match for our towels and sheets. It’s a very fresh scent.The other three are distinguishable in their unique fragrances, but I don't have a favorite. They are all earthy, clean, invigorating scents. I would wear any of them as scented body fragrance. It’s hard to describe smells, but I would say these lean more towards sandalwood than patchouli, with a bit less of the sweetness. I would—with some hesitation—further describe them as more masculine scents.Definitely, if you are a guy who is interested in buying some essential oils, for whatever reason, but don’t know wear to start, Esslux's "Essential Oils Set, ESSLUX Woody Collection" is a good place to learn about your personal tastes. If you don’t want to be bothered with learning anything and just want something that smells good and not too flowery, trust me, this set is a great deal, and it’s just what you’re looking for.
