Att has an amazing customer service. They respond quickly and are always willing to do their best. If they find a way to make it work, they will do it. In recent years they have changed how they handle the group registration and individual entry. When you used to go through the event management and you would select the group registration (which was an option they added) they would register everyone from the group. Now they register each person individually. It can be a big issue for events with a lot of attendees. I use att to do registration for a lot of events with a lot of registrations. We have used their services for many years and they have always done a great job. I can't find anything not like them, they have always been very reliable, always willing to help. It is great that you can go to the website and upload the documents and att has them processed very quickly. I don't have any complaints. I highly recommend them. When we started using att, some of the companies that had been doing our registration were not as reliable as att had been. I am not doing any reviews for the products I am using, but for the services I am using, I can't think of something to say that It's easy to use and manage. The support team is very responsive and helpful. It is worth the price. There is nothing I dislike about this software. We are using it to manage our tradeshows and show registrations. It is great for managing and organizing registrations for our shows. It has been very helpful in managing our registrations.
