Yes it's the cheapest heatsink you can find, I decided to take a chance. The cooler came in a box between styrofoam. small additional brackets that are in the box have been glued to the inside. the cooler went in with no problems and the adapter plate fit snugly in the bottom corner. I have the manual so I didn't use the transcooler connectors. I haven't had any issues for 3 weeks now it runs 5-10 degrees colder than the original which was 25 years old. yes, I gave 4 stars only because of the unknown durability. If the radiator lasts 8 years or more, I'll give it 5 stars. Yes, it's cheap, but it's worked for me so far.
