Review on Harvard ManageMentor (HMM) by Reginald Hamilton

The ability to quickly build up trust with a large workforce. Our team really enjoyed the monthly email from the leadership team with a topic that would impact us all. I really enjoyed the format of the content that was included and found it to be very engaging. I also appreciate that everything is in an easy to find location. We have a very diverse workforce as far as cultural diversity is concerned, we needed to be able to quickly build engagement and this program was a great tool for us to do so. There was not much I dislike, all in all, it was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this program to any company. Our team built very strongly and became very engaged because of this program. I highly recommend this service to any company. We had a number of different leadership programs that we did during our time at R&R, this was one that was very engaging. Hmmm, I don't know what this program is about but it was not helpful at all for me! The website seems very complicated as well so if you are looking forward towards some sort of coaching or mentoring from an expert in your field then go ahead otherwise stay away!! Nothing really good here just waste time when searching through different things which will end up being useless anyways :).
