Great general wellbeing product. I use it for my gastric reflux, it really soothes my throat. My husband has suffered from arthritis of the spine for over 25 years and has no pain while using this product. If he forgets it for a while, his back will start to hurt and his movements will become very stiff, but soon after using it he will feel better. A few friends have also used it for arthritis and can't figure out how much it helps despite being nutritious and non-medicated.
