We enjoy the trampoline, but after using it a month, one of the straps broke. Not happy.UPDATE: Was contacted by Customer Service, and was promptly shipped a new Trampoline without any red tape. Very impressed with Customer Service, and hoping that the experience with the new Trampoline is much better than the first Trampoline.
