It's very easy to use and helps me make better decisions on who to interview, how many people to bring in, etc. I have been able to hire people that I would never be able to find otherwise. I can't think of anything bad about it so far. Maybe I haven't used it enough but I don't think there is anything I dislike (yet). We are solving two problems at once by providing our candidates with more opportunities and us with better candidates. It's very intuitive and easy to use. It's also a great way to get started with online recruitment. You can also get a lot of insight into your applicants. I wish the platform was a little more customizable, but the system works great.
