
I finally broke down and decided to try blue light blocking glasses. It took me a few days to get used to it because after taking it off, the colors went back to normal after about 15 minutes. Once you wear them consistently, this change will decrease significantly over time. I have noticed a significant improvement in the condition of my eyes. I normally wear glasses/contacts, but due to my short-sightedness, I can actually read and look at devices much better without glasses than with glasses. Since I wear blue light glasses, the adjustment period afterwards (in terms of blurring) is significantly shorter. I'm not an ophthalmologist or an optometrist, but my theory is that my eyes are less stressed. I plan to ask my GP the next time I visit the ophthalmologist. Another thing I've noticed is that I have fewer migraines. They didn't stop my migraines, but I've noticed fewer (just because I have to map them). Bonus. They come in cute styles and colors.
