02/19/2018 - Good sling. Helped a lot on my hike carrying my 12 lb dog through some difficult rocky areas. The trellis definitely helped her stay inside as it was a new experience. The first ride was yesterday. The button on the bag, which I opened 1 time and never closed, mainly to see how big the bag is, fell off. I would call it the top of the picture. What do you suggest us now? Ouch. and my phone, Galaxy S5 with case, didn't quite fit in this bag. I'm not sure what to add there instead. 02/21/2018 - Update: Company contacted about defective latch. They immediately apologized and sent a new one. Unfortunately, the new one has the same defect in the pocket lock. What I call the top part of the image is partially missing. This time the latch didn't even click, and there was no way to click it. The latch top cover was simply held in place by a hole in the material. Photos are attached. It will still serve as a bag but I have to be careful not to let anything fall out.
