I specifically order my daughter a size up so she can wear it over her bathing suit. It fits your normal size. The 3D unicorn and bunny decoration is so adorable. The shirt looks like cotton to me. Very chic that instead of the usual fabric tag on the back. A printed label was used which I remove before washing. The tag at the bottom left indicates the size of the shift. This is definitely a great purchase.
