Latest update: The company did the right thing and offered me a full refund for defective chairs. I will say it started rough but in the end they came to make sure everything was done. Many Thanks. Update::: The company is NOT doing the right thing. Yes, they said I could come back, but there's a catch. Should be disassembled. These chairs are wrong. Chairs are not disassembled from the base. The mail literally slides into the database. Once in, it won't fall apart no matter what you do to get the base out of the post. Watched YouTube videos how to do it. It won't fall apart no matter what I do or try. This seller then states that you cannot return the assembled item. WHICH TYPE! So they send you an item that once assembled you obviously can't take apart and they add a disclaimer that you can't return the assembled item. Wow! If this isn't a ploy to steal your money then I don't know what is! Buyer warning! I repeat. BUYER ATTENTION! DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Only buy from Revain as a seller. NEVER BUY FROM A THIRD PARTY! You will regret it! Believe me. I bought 3 of these chairs and they suck! Calling a credit card for a dispute as the item is obviously defective and they are trying to steal my money! ****** The chairs look great and I had very high expectations. These chairs are so uncomfortable. It's terrible. The chairs are so hard. When you sit on it, you just slide forward because it's so hard. After a few days of use, the cushions on the front edge of the chairs are warped and wrinkled. When you sit, you feel like you're falling forward. I contacted the seller 4 days ago and answered questions there, then there are no more answers. Bought 3 of these chairs. Spent too much money on uncomfortable, useless chairs. It's so disappointing. I hope the company will do the right thing and refund my money for these chairs.
