Easy to integrate and navigate for all involved

The ease of use, speed in getting it up & running with our application/website platform as well has been great! Our team was able build an integration out from scratch within two days (with some help). I wish there were more examples available but that's not much different then other platforms we've used before albto came into play so far no complaints here at least :) Very pleased overall!! We're utilizing their cloud solution which allows us access via mobile devices or web browser - allowing users across many locations around world have easy way manage tickets / requests etc.

Fast turnaround time for support to get new features implemented quickly.Easy setup process once you know your needs..Ease of Use interface is very intuitive..Good customer service response times too !!!!
