Ordered a small jacket for a 5'4" 120lb woman with a B cup. Fits comfortably unlined. Lining and suspenders are provided. With the lining the jacket was tight but that was when I was 127 and before I figured out how to adjust it. I share the jacket with two other women who are about 5ft 7" tall and weigh less and it fits them well too. Large breasted women may want to increase the size. Good vents. Me wasn't sure if i want pink but i enjoy a bit more flair for very hot days in the sun the jacket will be too warm without a lining next time i will do more research and buy a jacket that due to the climate, where I live was designed for hot summers, but I don't regret buying it.
