I first had an issue with the delivery of the product (it never made it), but the customer service reps were pretty nice and helped me get new ones without extra charge, even though it wasn’t their fault that the package didn’t make it.I bought the 2 pack. One of the chairs isn’t leveled and wobbles/teeters a lot. I had to add sticky foam tape to the back leg so it could be level with the floor. The chairs make a lot of noise and aren’t as comfy as I hoped but still useful so I guess i’ll keep them. They fold up a little awkwardly. They seem a bit expensive for the quality but overall not terrible
