I bought two of the 12 packs and installed about two months ago. I had no issues, no flicker, no temperature difference, no DOA. They're just as easy to install and just as good as my friend's signature lights, which are $130 for a six-pack at your local hardware store. Pros: 1) Incredibly bright. After much deliberation, I placed them further apart than recommended, and overall I have fewer lights than 'should', but I'm almost stunned that they're at half brightness. dimmed 3) Super easy to install 3) Works well with a choke switch (terminology? I'm not familiar with those things) to limit the minimum and maximum brightness. There was no flickering at any stage. 100% is VERY BRIGHT. Disadvantages: 1) Instant on delay. I can only notice this because they are in a large, usually very dark, basement and I stand at the bottom of the stairs until they turn on. 2) The junction box is made of very thin metal and is easily deformed. I have two sets of three Romexes and had to be careful when everything was positioned to close the box.
