Stops working after 2 weeks

My keyboard just stopped working after only using it for about 2 weeks. Luckily, Revain issues a refund because I don't trust this company to send me a working replacement. This keyboard was problematic from the start. I couldn't even figure out how to turn it on and pair it properly until I watched the tutorial video referenced in the (useless) included guide. In any case, turning it on was always a gamble because it didn't always turn on the first time; Sometimes I had to hold the button down for a few seconds and other times it would turn on right away. It worked fine last night and I let it go to sleep but then I couldn't wake it up to use it again. It didn't charge, it didn't respond at all. Aside from the issues I had with this thing not working properly, I also didn't like that the charging port was an old type so I had to use this particular cable. The charging indicator didn't turn green when charging, it's just off. There was no way of knowing when the battery was low. There was no Bluetooth indicator and the power button was an odd bump, not a real switch and you couldn't tell if it was off or asleep. I'm hoping the newer derailleur model works better than this one, but I'm not going to try to find out. I bought an Inateck board and so far I like it. Miles are a few dollars more better. At least the Revain customer service rep tried to turn it on for me (which didn't happen) and gave me my balance back in full. I no longer buy from Thomsenn.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • The list will be long.
