First I would give it 5 stars. let me explain. I wish the walking platform was a few inches wider. We have a 12 year old large breed fluffy baby and this addition would make the product even more complete. Since our furry daughter is a large breed, I'm talking Shepherd/St. Bernard mixes with 95# as mentioned, this will only improve the product. Our girl developed osteoarthritis and muscular atrophy. I also bought a shorter standard size because I have a Camry where the door doesn't open as wide (probably 38-40 degrees) compared to an SUV's vertical hatch door or truck tailgate. So we improvised using this ramp along with an inverted large sturdy plastic tub (rectangular) so that when she gets into the car she has a more stable platform when she reaches the top of the ramp. Ramp is pretty strong in my opinion. I would recommend this product as I know you may have to improvise to meet your furry child's needs.
