Review on Siser EasyWeed HTV Sheets Inch by Amber Perez

I'm new to this and bought Siser Vinyl at the same time as a couple of other brands a while ago to see what the difference is. Well after spending a lot of time on vinyl I can say that Siser is great! I highly recommend if you are new to this field go to YouTube and go to the SiserAmerica page. They have great instructional videos on how to use this brand as each type of HTV is different and has its own instruction manual. I use HTV (Vinyl) with a DIY iron at home and it works great. I set the iron to "Cotton" (make sure that there is no water in the steam chamber), that's about 320 degrees which suits most of my projects. Any cotton or poli-cotton. I also use parchment paper instead of teflon wrap because A, it's cheaper, and B, I've tried teflon wrap and you can't look through it to know where your pieces are. I cut my vinyl on the Cricut with the watch faces preinstalled and it cuts great. And it really is weed like a breeze BTW! Siser recommends ironing on a hard surface, so I put a large cutting board on top of the ironing board first. I make sure to "warm up" where I want to get the vinyl and hold the iron in one spot with strong, constant pressure rather than ironing back and forth. He purifies with heat or cold, and is forgiven. I go through my projects carefully, and if any corners or edges don't work well, I just click them again. I've never had anything fall apart in the wash, and I sew children's clothes and kitchen towels for washing! Finally, the good thing about these kits is that you get a starter set of paints and it's a lot cheaper than buying them individually.
