I have a good discount on this product. The outside is smooth and soft. I like the adjustable strap to make it longer or shorter. I hate going through my wallet to find what I need so I really like all the pockets so I can organize my stuff. The only two negatives that kept me from giving a 5 star rating are the zippers which give away the fact that this is a cheaper paperback. The zipper on one bag feels a bit finicky and wants to get caught, so I have to take that into account when opening this bag so I don't rip the fabric and knock the zipper off balance. Secondly, the inner lining of the largest bag is made of cloth and it would be better if it was made of a smoother material as the cloth sticks to the wallet and is a bit awkward to pull out. I have to rock it from side to side. I may eventually buy a dark brown, but not sure how much the wallet sticking issue will bother me in the long run. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
