Dell 23 inch IPS - Best Deal
This 24-inch ViewSonic is so-so. The viewing angles are poor and the screen is very glaring. I use this monitor at school for programming and reading PDF documents. I would not recommend buying this monitor. It's worth giving up an inch and paying a little more for a 23" IPS monitor. The Dell UltraSharp U2312HM is a significantly better monitor.
