Review on πŸ‘“ Foster Grant James Multifocus Reading Glasses: Black/Transparent, 53mm +2 - Vision Aid for multiple distances by Cindy Hardin

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great glasses for working on the computer.

They're pretty elegant. I spend most (actually all) of my working time on the computer. I have a couple of screens and need to switch from being close to typing next to the keyboard from one screen to something a little further away. It also needed to be able to read and identify some of the items on the table even further away (price list/specs). I had two pairs of reading glasses with different magnifications that I swapped between each other, and I had to work completely without reading glasses. My eyes were still straining, and honestly, it hurt to watch the back and forth. These glasses have enough depth of field for me to stay on all day and work very well as the only pair I use. Things next to the keyboard are easy and convenient to see, and the screens and most of the desk are also very convenient. This part will give 5 stars. Instead they get four stars because some of the reviews I looked at say they eliminate the need to look over reading glasses when looking into the distance or talking to someone more than a few feet away . Not for me. You still have to look for anything more than 3 feet away. So deducting a star for that, but a solid 5 stars for the computing experience, which I think they're actually designed for. I plan to get another more fashionable style soon. It was a $19 test pair. I'm willing to spend more for better looking ones now that I know they work for me.
