Update. I found out the cartridges were under warranty, sent them back and got a full refund. Because of the rave reviews, I bought 3 at a time. I put the 1st cartridge in and it left what looked like 3 large black roller marks on the edge of the paper. I then replaced it with a second cartridge and it was worse than the first with extra ink stains all over the paper. I didn't bother using the third cartridge as the first two didn't print well. I then ordered new cartridges from another company and put one of the new cartridges in the printer and it works great. So it's not a drum problem, I installed bad pickups from JARBO. Only buy cartridges with a company guarantee so you can return them if they don't work.
