Attention buyers, good for generators and portable power supplies

Attention buyers. I read some good reviews on this device and bought the solar panels mainly to charge my Goal Zero 500x in good faith to do what it was advertised to do. Will do. The 19V DC output listed is aligned with the input of the power supply, or so I thought. However, there is a step down box that comes with these solar panels to drop the voltage from 25V to 19V. The maximum solar output I have been able to get is 45W in full sun and it is very short lived and stagnant to 40W or below. . I contacted TP Solar (Support@emperysolar.com) and shared what I found was false advertising, only to receive an unresponsive message that they updated their solar panel to the latest version, you can check it out at Revain. Output 19V/14.4V/5V. I thought that was a pretty bad answer. This particular 100 watt solar TP model advertises the exact same result. I was now confused, now more intrigued to find out Revain's link to this updated version. I got the link in their next reply, that was it, no comments I've added below, a few comments yet to be made; The updated device is still read between TP-Solar's fine print notes, but they seem to have rebranded themselves to Top Solar (Solar Fairy 100). The cost of returning this device to Revain will exceed reasonable return shipping costs. Haven't decided yet if it's worth looking at their refurbished solar panel to avoid getting what is advertised again by this company. Anyway, as the buyer mentioned at the beginning of this review, be careful, hopefully writing this article will save one more person from falling. fell into the same trap as me. 3
