DO NOT BUY IT DOESN'T WORK

I charged my Phillip hair clipper and it doesn't work. I charged it for several hours and the cars turned on for a minute and it turned off. In the end I found the original charger and it worked fine. I forgot to return it and the return period has expired. I do not understand! That does not work! I even tried charging at night.
