The cup itself does not offer enough support after a reduction but I use I insert removable cups and that offers more support. Its a lot more comfortable than wearing a sports bra 24/7. I'm 140 pounds, 5'5 and around 36B, the small size worked for me, although the straps could use an additional hoop. Currently using it on the tightest setting.
