These bamboo sheets and new bamboo duvet cover just arrived yesterday and I'm so thrilled with them I couldn't wait to write a review. A little background: I'll be 49 in two weeks and have been struggling with perimenopause symptoms, including night sweats, for about a year. In addition, my bedroom has 10 foot ceilings and I sleep on a very high custom loft bed which makes the air feel hot and stuffy most of the time. No matter how cool it is in the bottom half of the room, the attic is still stuffy. So my dream was garbage. I spend my nights oscillating between profuse sweating and freezing because I'm soaked to the skin. At one point I ran into a wall and decided I had to do something. After some research, I settled on these sheets, a bamboo duvet cover, and a mini evaporative fan to keep the air circulating. It all arrived yesterday and last night I slept better than ever for longer than I can remember. I slept soundly, soundly and comfortably, never woke up and didn't sweat at all (I know that). Plus, these sheets are so soft you'll feel like you're sleeping on a cloud. This is the first morning in years that I didn't want to get out of bed because I felt so good. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. I am shocked and so grateful that I have found at least a partial solution to the changes my body is going through. I've been dreading going to bed for months, but I'm actually looking forward to tonight! I would give these sheets ten stars if I could!
