Review on Beoplay H9 3rd Gen Wireless Bluetooth Over-Ear Headphones by Bang & Olufsen - Active Noise Cancellation, Transparency Mode, Voice Assistant Button and Mic, Matte Black (Amazon Exclusive Edition) by Vinay Verma ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I didn't expect the quality to be so high.

I never thought that I would switch to wireless ears, but it happened thanks to the ability to use wireless functions as an option. I compared everything with the H6 model, since I still consider them ideal for comparison. I use with iBasso DX200. A pair of player and ears warmed up for only 40 hours, for example, my old H6 gave out its full potential in 400 hours. I think the same will happen with H9. I was very pleased with the ability to control the sound (warm, cold, analytical, more details, comfortable) + expansion of surround sound through the application in real time! In general, I put 5 (not 5+), as the firmware is being quickly improved (already version 5.0) and many bugs are being removed. I hope the sound

Pros
  • quality of materials and assembly the sound is more adult and full, without blockages very well developed bass the sound is more voluminous with a wide stage excellent quality via bluetooth (although not aptx HD, but still aptx !) Noise reduction is excellent (I got used to it quickly) long battery life the ability to use noise reduction even with a wired connection the ability to control the sound through the application in real time 2 year warranty + excellent service
Cons
  • as for me there is a lot of bass (or I'm not used to it) They play much louder over the wire than over Bluetooth. heavier than the H6 and a bit of pressure on top of the head (though moderately soft) no balanced connection (one input in each ear) old microUSB connector (you could also put USB-C) audio cable not included no hard case high price
