I was glad I finally took the plunge with this product. When I saw it on MetalJesusRocks and Kevin Kenson I knew I wanted it. Unfortunately, the lever that extends to position the switch over the controller's face controls is already snapped. I paid attention to where I put pressure when adjusting the arms. After 10 days, despite my best efforts, it looks like it won't last long. I have not contacted the company for an exchange or refund. I'm sure they will do their best to fix this. But for now, that's the main problem. This is an amazing idea. Especially since it was great to be able to use my pro controller more while gaming on the undocked Switch. This is a fantastic case, it seems to be applying pressure to hold the switch/control assembly and not move it too much while driving. Another thing to note is that my stand/SD card cover doesn't fit. To be honest this is a Nyko after sale metal stand. He's pretty fat.
