Overall I found this puck to be quite profitable. It works as expected in the sense that it stabilizes records that aren't perfectly flat (particularly helpful for those of us with records older than 40 years) and dampens vibrations well, resulting in cleaner playback. The only criticism is the packaging, which is a foldable cardboard box. My problem is not the concept, just the execution. My box arrived in an unusable condition as the washer appeared to have shifted during shipping and the back of the box had worn away. So until I find another box, I have to leave the puck on the turntable. Packaging aside, however, the puck itself is great, and its low cost makes it a better value.
