First, I considered both positive and negative feedback. I spend way too much on art supplies and wanted to save a buck or two so I took a chance. At first I was disappointed. The Dauber upper felt like a deal breaker as I like to stamp or apply freehand. I took the cap off and dipped the felt and brush tips into the bottle, and that wasn't very satisfying either. It was difficult to get the exact amount of medium for a good layer of my powder. So what to do? I put the brush back on and gave the little paper cup a few squeezes, then swept the brush in circles and applied it to the paper. I have a shade on the brush so I can see where I'm applying and voila, my application was checked and the embossing powder laid down perfectly. It only takes a very small amount to create a very beautiful embossing! I haven't applied the rubber stamp yet, but now that I know how to control the very small amount needed to emboss, I can see it will take a long time to do this with an extra easy step for me .
