No Assembly instructions

It was very difficult to disassemble the canister parts. There were no instructions on how to wash filters or bioballoons. I had to use pliers to take it apart and the black caps where the bio balls go. Luckily there's a video, but it makes it a lot easier than it really is. I hope the filtering beats my rating and I can increase it. .
