Review on 🚤 Attwood 8806LP2: Certified 6-Gallon Portable Marine Boat Fuel Tank for EPA and CARB Compliance by Jeb Moorehead

I bought this to use as an extra gas tank for an old generator. The tank sits under a canopy in my detached garage - it has never seen direct sunlight. I filled it up once, added a fuel stabilizer and parked it in the corner about 8 months ago. And once a week I notice it's gotten bigger and I open the gas cap a little to air it out. Whatever system of "self-ventilation" they claim, it was particularly effective there. Objectively it's not a big problem for me, but I can't imagine how much the tank would swell and deform if it were lying like a small boat in the sun. Manageable for my purposes but seems to need constant care and attention.
