Unless you have a 1960's car with only lap belt seat belts, there is no way you can thread a seat belt through the rear to attach it. If you put the triangular, three-point seat belt across your back, the entire car will tip over and tip over. You had to construct this with velcro so you can attach a rear anchor around the pelvic area of the 3 point harness that is in position. Also, this dolly needs to be wider to make the best use of the front seat. At its current width, it's a good cart for a narrow center row seat, but it's wasteful and inefficient if you use it on a standard seat.
