Pros: cheap, moderately strong (slightly stronger than clothespins) Cons: rubber tips will wash out some oil so if you pinch it will leave a residue that needs to be removed with acetone afterwards. In addition, the rubber tips are so thin that the metal leaves marks on the wood. I covered all the ends with tape to alleviate these issues.
