Not quite satisfied

Arrived with a broken cardboard cover so all the parts immediately became a mess and it's difficult to line up eyes within 1mm of each other. Obviously doable but disappointed with the broken bin. Also does not include instructions. I've never used safety eyes before, but I was COMPLETELY SURE the backing would go onto the plate around the point for protection. Unless, of course, you have to flip it over so you drown your eye in one piece. I'm still not sure as both ways make sense to me. Please turn on the graphic direction.
