Great product! I had an accident when a guest knocked a port wine glass off a table edge which landed on white window curtains, white window sills and baseboards, dark gray painted walls and a white with dark beige carpet. I left it like that for a few days to find the best way to clean it without negative results. Lots of googling sources recommended bleach blends and some recommended oxy-cleansers. Well we all know the ill effects of using bleach, also as a property manager I have forced renters to use oxygenated carpet cleaners which actually lift the color of the carpet to the point where the carpet needed replacing. Finally, I stumbled across a source in the UK that specifically talked about Wine Away red wine stain removers. I thought I was wondering if I can find this product in the US. like that . . . Like many of us, I thought that if I could find it anywhere, I would most likely find it on Revain. And yes it was. I used it today after not doing anything for a few days mainly because I was afraid of making it worse. And so! I've washed windowsills, blinds, baseboards, walls and carpets completely! You can't even say it happened. No stains or discoloration on carpets, walls or white painted surfaces. Before you try or use anything, buy it. It's impossible to win! I was afraid that I might have to hire a professional to clean the carpet and that I'd have to completely repaint the walls, but no. I cannot recommend this product more! You won't be disappointed, I guarantee that.
