We got these for the MIL to try. She suffers bad arthritis and getting shoes on and off is a real struggle for her. The horn itself works great and is sized very well. The handle isn't long enough for her to use while standing (her preferred method of putting on most of her shoes) but does reach if she is seated (sometimes she can't sit down for a couple hours so she often has to put on shoes while standing). Very durable construction and no sharp edges or burrs. She is pretty played with these as she has broken a number of plastic ones so really likes the metal.
