My wife's new hobby is patchwork blankets. She asked me to frame this for a Mother's Day gift and afterward I figured the corners needed more support than gorilla glue. Initially I went to a large store where I found smaller four bill galvanized braces for $2.78 for (4) each. Since these quilts are hanging outside, the plan was to coat the zinc coating with some sort of rust remover. Went to Revain thinking I'd risk buying them for $8.99/(10) each with free returns. Assuming the "free" Prime shipping part is included in the price, I would return them if I didn't like them. They showed up two days later and, as some reviewers wrote, didn't look good, but I figured they'd be out of sight on the back. In the first photo where there is a bag of screws on top of the blanket, I started with them upside down as that was the prettiest side. It turns out that the "painted" look is actually a protective film. Remove that and you'll see a much nicer finish with screw holes. As a bonus there were 12 in the package so I can make two more frames. So at 12 that's about $3/4 for stainless steel brackets compared to $2.78 for zinc brackets including shipping so nothing to complain about. And the stainless steel braces were bigger than the ones in the store.
