I have these 100 square pandahall butterfly earrings. in stainless steel with a nut clasp for the back, to use as the back for a clear crystal earring (i.e. diamond-like!) which I almost always wear in my left nostril, and NOT necessarily earrings (although there are so many that I can find some use it later for my ears). I got her because in my experience, posts specially designed for nose rings are too small for my piercing and the post keeps falling through/into the hole. So instead I just use regular clear crystal studs in my nose piercings rather than specialty nose ring jewelry, and I've done that for most (if not all) of the years since I got my nose pierced in 1995. more to say about it. I've used it as a base for a spike I wear in my nostril and for the most part it does the job, although I deducted a star because the hole the pin fits in is too small and time consuming. a little force to push the nose ring through. But otherwise it's ok. ★☆★☆ 4 STARS!
