Great price, hope the red rubber doesn't degrade like the black rubber. When used with an AMERICAN STANDARD #4 FLUSH VALVE it bolts on, this flap also wobbles slightly and is not attached to the assembly. After the brass thread adapter is inserted into the damper, take a utility knife and cut the rubber tab so the bolt is exposed and the rubber tab is not in contact with the lever bracket that holds the damper. follow-up review; After my conversion, the device is perfectly sealed. great article!
