Ok I bought these for my sister so I didn't unwrap them from the plastic box. used to manufacture coils for electronic cigarettes. How will they survive? Well, I do not know. Worst case scenario, they break and she has to buy another pair of ceramic tweezers for ten bucks? My only suggestion is to check the bolts and make sure they are tight. Don't get too carried away with these things as ceramic isn't inherently like diamond substance lol. Ceramic in anything can break easily, not to mention those thin ceramic ends you'll be squeezing something hot with. I can say they don't look as thick on the ceramic end as, say, my master coil tweezers that I have in my coil kit. On the other hand, you still don't have to be a coil-tuning gorilla. Once again I didn't spend but looked at her for maybe a second. I didn't sit and stare at the ceramic tweezers like a crow mesmerized by something shiny. No one can tell you how long they will hold YOU because no one but YOU will use them. for what? If you're just doing coils maybe longer, say with a clamp lol. So how you treat your objects etc. can determine how long they last. As it stands they are as advertised and were not broken upon delivery.
