Nice decoration for Saint Patty's Day.

Was cute to put up for St. Patrick's Day. They are already strung which is a big plus (a lot of the ones I've been getting for my birthday lately are not strung). They are quite thin made of felt but durable so they hang well and don't flop. The ribbon they are strung on is slippery so you can just tie a bow. You have to tie a knot then it's difficult to untie them to take them off.
