I use this as a sunscreen not a swimsuit cover up. It fits like a short dress, but you can pull up the laces to make it shorter, like a shirt. I wore it in the pool and it stays in place and dries quickly. The material is comfortable and the colors are bright. You absolutely must wear a bathing suit underneath, but it conceals very well for protection from the sun. I got compliments on that at the pool. I usually wear a size 0-2 and the size is small as expected, loose enough to wear over a swimsuit, not as tight as a wetsuit but not a lot of extra corrugated material either. It did not group the entrance and exit of the pool. I also have another SPF dress from another company that I paid triple for. It definitely feels cheaper - it's a swimwear material, not a soft fabric, but I wear it a lot because I can wear it in the pool, not just poolside. Washes well.
