Fine as long as it lasts
Bought 2 of these just over 3 years ago. They did great work while they worked. One lasts about a year. The second just stopped working. They are inexpensive and easy to use. But they don't seem to last forever. I hardly think 3 years is a reasonable lifespan for such a device. If you know how long the more expensive ones last, you can compare the price you paid with the overall life expectancy before you buy. They seem to last 1 to 3 years at most.
